Many firms provide a manual and walk away; CCG, however, provides a partnership. We take an active role in overseeing your Compliance and Ethics Program. From policy updates to staff training and internal audits, we function as a living extension of your executive team, ensuring your program is as effective in practice as it is on paper.

Leadership You Can Trust

Our Founder and CEO, Aaron Rubin, J.D, brings a sophisticated legal pedigree and a proactive approach to the helm of CCG. Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he laid the foundation for a career defined by regulatory excellence and strategic counsel.

Before entering private practice, Aaron sharpened his legal acumen through prestigious judicial internships in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He served under the Honorable Garrett E. Brown, former United States Chief District Judge for the District Court of New Jersey, as well as for the Honorable William J. Martini, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. This experience provided him with a unique “behind-the-bench” perspective on how laws are interpreted and enforced—an insight he now leverages to protect his clients from litigation and regulatory scrutiny.

As the lead architect of CCG’s comprehensive Compliance and Ethics Program, Aaron has built a distinguished career defined by the successful navigation of complex government audits and investigations. His approach is rooted in proactive advocacy; by maintaining a consistent, professional dialogue with regulators, he ensures that his clients are positioned favorably long before an issue arises.

Aaron’s executive oversight includes:
Personally spearheading the professional development of Compliance Officers and Committees to ensure high-level internal governance.
Serving as the primary, authoritative point of contact between healthcare providers and state or federal agencies.
Providing expert guidance across a broad spectrum of risk areas to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities before they escalate.
Assisting providers in navigating and mastering stringent certification, licensure, and survey standards.
Expertly drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure legal, compliance, and operational alignment.
